We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked return policy starting from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
The party responsible for the return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases (quality issues), we will cover the return shipping cost.
