All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the order is placed.

2. Shipping Destinations and Carriers
We primarily ship to the United States (Domestic). We utilize reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery:

International Shipping: We currently do not offer standard international shipping outside of specific campaigns.

4. Shipping Origin
Our goal is to get your gear to you as quickly as possible. We ship from two primary locations:

Primary Location: Our United States (U.S.) domestic warehouse for fastest delivery. Most U.S. orders ship from here via USPS or Amazon Logistics.

Secondary Location (International Fulfillment): If a product is temporarily out of stock in our U.S. warehouse, your order will be shipped directly from our China warehouse.

Note: Shipping from the China warehouse may result in longer transit times. We will notify you via email if your order is being fulfilled internationally.
